I spent the three-day weekend with my family. We acquired some more goldenrod and milkweed to plant in the garden, took the boys to the beach each day, and I cooked. Our local grocer flew in some Maine lobsters, so I stocked up on a few invertebrates on the cheap and we ate more than a few.
Lana pointed out that we have wild grapes on the lake shore, and the boys were happy to enjoy them. :)
